2025 Street Improvements Project

Project Update No. 6 – 4/18/2025

Sanitary sewer replacement is complete.
Black Hills Energy has completed the new gas main installation and services have all been connected.
The concrete patch in Center Avenue has been poured through the mainline. The patch at the NE corner of the intersection where Black Hills tied-in and disconnected the old gas main will be poured at a later date.
Sanitary service verification/replacement will continue in 100 block of 1^st Street SE early next week.
Water services on 1^st Avenue SE will be connected to the new main next week.
After water & sewer service work is complete for the 100 block of 1^st Street & 1^st Avenue SE storm sewer installation will commence.
If any property owner along 1^st Street SE has a recent sewer service televising video/report that shows their service is PVC please share this information with City Hall.
