New Playground at Tower Park

This project was first introduced by Shayna Reiter with a letter to the Mayor.  The City Council agreed to pursue the project, but asked that Shayna be part of the entire process.  Shayna met with the Park Board and City staff to select the features and help secure grants and donations.
